Pro removes the 5% platform fee. If you sell more than $980/month in tickets, Pro ($49 CAD/month) pays for itself. For example, selling 40 tickets at $25 = $1,000 in sales. On the Free plan, you'd pay $50 in fees — more than the Pro subscription. Subscription is charged in CAD; international customers pay the CAD equivalent (standard bank conversion rates apply).
Yes! Free events are unlimited on all plans with absolutely no fees. You never need a subscription for free events.
